One discrepancy to know about: Pet Lovers Centre's listing gives Waggie's S$880 course as ten lessons, which would be S$88 a lesson. Waggie's own page says eight, so that is the figure used here.
How much is a private dog trainer in Singapore?
A single private lesson costs S$200–320 as of 2026. Happy Dog Training charges S$200 a class at your home, Pet Coach S$250 for a 60-minute private session, and Waggie S$320 for a single consultation.
Packages bring the rate down. Waggie sells five private lessons for S$1,500 (S$300 each) and ten for S$2,800 (S$280 each). Happy Dog Training's six-class package is S$800 (S$133 each). Woofie's five-lesson one-to-one basic obedience package is S$690, or S$138 a lesson. The Dog Listener Consultancy's three home-based sessions of 1.5–2 hours cost S$600.
Private training is worth the premium for a reactive, fearful or guarding dog, or for a household that cannot make a fixed weekly slot. For a friendly dog that needs sit, stay and loose-lead walking, a group course teaches the same cues for a third to a half of the price.
How much is puppy school in Singapore?

Pawsitive Furkids charges S$240 for a 60-minute behaviour modification session, as reported by Pawrenthood. A full aggression case rarely stops at one visit: Woofie's S$435 package plus two extra lessons comes to S$695.
Is cheap dog training in Singapore any good?
Price does not predict quality; method and accreditation do. The S$400–650 courses on this list cost half as much per lesson as the S$880 ones, and no price tells you how the dog is handled.
Check three things before you pay. First, whether the trainer is on the AVS Accredited Certified Dog Trainer list, the only official quality mark in Singapore; not every school in the table is on it. Second, whether you can watch a class before enrolling. Third, that no choke chains, prong collars or shock collars are used.
